60 Minute Video Call.

A 60 minute video call for us to dive into whatever it is you’re experiencing regarding your health - you'll leave with some practical solutions, and my suggestions for how best to move forward.

In-depth Consultation.

A full consultation is a good place for us to begin if you’re getting started with diet, detoxification, or lifestyle changes. As well as for those who may have some experience with these already, but are looking to continue making further progress with their health.

Before our session, I’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire to provide me some background about your health and lifestyle history, as well as to detail any issues you’re currently experiencing.

During a 75 minute video call I’l be asking you more about your goals. We’ll discuss relevant information from your questionnaire, and will talk in greater detail about whats been going on for you - for us to determine how best you can keep moving forward.

After our call, I’ll write you personalised documentation or a plan based on what we discussed during our meeting - outlining what I feel will be most helpful for you in reaching your goals. So you can continue making changes, and progress with your health and healing autonomously.

We’ll also be in touch via whatsapp for 2 weeks after you receive these documents - to talk about your experiences as you explore these suggestions, and for you to ask any questions that may arise during this period.

12 week program.

A 3 month program gives us the opportunity to approach things in a flexible and communicative manner. We’ll be working with diet, detoxification, and lifestyle - specific to your goals and requirements - creating a sustainable and effective approach to health and healing that is appropriate to your individual situation.

You need not have had prior experiences with a particular diet, detox, or lifestyle for us to work together - every individual is in a different place, and from there is where we start together.

We’ll have 7 video sessions in total over the 12 weeks - after our first meeting I’ll provide you some personalised documentation that we’ll work with together, and every two weeks we’ll make adjustments, additions and progression as suitable.

Before our first session, I’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire detailing your health and lifestyle history. And during our initial call we’ll be getting to know each other a bit better, discussing whats been going on for you, and getting clearer with the goals and vision you have for your life/health.

We'll also be in contact throughout these 3 months via whatsapp - discussing anything and everything you feel to share or ask during this process.
