Private dining experiences in Costa Rica focused on high quality organic food & health conscious living.

My culinary style integrates natures many colours, flavours, textures and medicinal properties - I source local organic ingredients to create dishes that are delicious, as well as deeply nourishing for the body.

I’ve worked in some of Australia’s best restaurants, and have learnt from chefs all around the world, eventually creating my own style that focuses on nutrition and health, without compromising on taste or enjoyment.

You can expect:

  • Organic ingredients wherever possible.

  • Cold pressed organic oils (no vegetable oils).

  • Soaked, sprouted & activated grains, legumes, nuts & seeds.

  • Gluten & sugar free meals.

  • Pastured eggs, grass fed dairy & wild caught seafood (if desired).

I offer vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and ketogenic menus, as well as personalised health or nutrition plans for those who have specific dietary requirements, or particular goals with their diet.

Breakfasts

Dinners of 1-3 courses, or buffet style with canapés, snacking / sharing plates & various other dishes.
